Instructions for registration and hotel booking for the XVI CBDO 2012 I. Inscriptions The registration for the event will be effected by paying the appropriate fee, as the following table (figures in R$):
Payment can be done in three ways: 1. For those who need a receipt to CNPJ: - Send a check payable to Brazilian Aerospace Association. 2. For those who do not need a receipt to CNPJ: - Send a check payable to Fiorilo Cristiano de Melo. In both cases, the checks should be mailed to: Cristiano Fiorilo de Melo Universidade Federal do ABC. Sala 720-1, Torre 1, Bloco A (CECS). Rua Santa Adélia, 166, Bairro Bangu. CEP: 09170-210 Santo André, SP. 3. Deposit in the savings account 45000-6, 2995-5 Agency Bank of Brazil, favored: Cristiano Fiorilo de Melo. (do not forget to inform the code "51" to make the deposit). Regardless of the option chosen, a Registration Form must be completed and sent to the e-mail cbdo.2012@ufabc.edu.br orcristiano.fiorilo@ufabc.edu.br, subject: Application form of "participant name" . For those who choose to deposit the scanned deposit slip must also be submitted with the application form in the same e-mail. The registration form was sent attached to the second call of CBDO, but can also be found on the website of the event. Foreigners can pay the fee registration at the meeting since the registration form was sent by e-mail. The fee will be same of the date of submission of registration form by e-mail. The registration form was sent attached to the second call for the CBDO or it can be downloaded in CBDO website The registration fee will be processed immediately and will not be refunded in case of withdrawal. II. Reservations at the hotel The deadline for hotel reservations is November 10, 2012. Reservations will be made by the participants along with sending the registration form.
It is necessary
to send a check deposit of one
night in double room,
R$120.00, payable to Brazilian
Aerospace Association
(for those who need receipts
CNPJ) or nominal to Cristiano
Fiorilo de Melo.
This check
will be returned to the
participant at the end
of the event, except
in cases of
non-attendance to present
the work.
If participants want
to stay in
single room, the
check shall be R$ 160.00.
The deposit check should be sent to the same consignee and address of the item I, along with a check of registration. |
